You've become too comfortable with your routine and are no longer challenging yourself in the gym. Let's say you're stuck at 105 pounds on the EZ-bar curl, a weight you can handle for 10 reps. Rather than going for another set with 105 pounds, load 125 pounds onto the bar. You might be able to lift it for only 5-6 reps with good form, but don't worry; you've just applied an altogether different stimulus to your biceps with a heavier load!

Since we have been getting messages, if one should buy BCAA or not. so, are some facts which well help clearing your doubts regarding BCAA
What is BCAA ? *Brach Chain Amino Acids*
Brain chain amino acids are group of three essential amino acids( not produced by the body in adequate amount hence to be taken from external sources)
Name of BCAA?
Valine, leucine ,isoleucine

so, question remains the same whether one should take them separately or not?
Okay, if your not an athelete or in pro-bodybulding and just desiring for a good physique it is not at all necessary to take them separately in the form of supplement if your having an adequate protein diet since all amino acids bond together to make long chains *both essential and non essential* and these long chains of amino acids are called protein. so if your intake of protein is good you dont need separate supplement of BCAA.
So, donot spend your hard earned money on supplements without proper research under anyone's influence. its your money and your body so think twice before doing.

How Posing Can Help You Get In Shape Quicker

1. Posing improves muscle awareness. It helps developing better connection between the mind and the muscle since posing requires total control of the body.
2. Better cardiovascular capacity since holding your muscles contracted for a long period of time improves this.
3. Posing helps with Definition, it will get you leaner. Posing forces the muscle to store more glycogen, when done several times during the day for a couple minutes.
4. Posing increases muscle maturity. The increased contractions help to fast forward your development, making your appearance more sculpted and defined.

NOTE: If you are not a competitor then you can practice posing once or twice a week on the days off from the gym. Simply going through each pose once or twice, and holding each for 30 seconds. For the competitor, posing every day for at least 10 weeks prior to the show is of utmost importance. The competitor should also build up to doing 3 sets of each pose for 1 minute at a time.

URIC ACID:-
One of the most talked about medical condition people are suffering from these days. We will explain a bit about it, how to it happens, how to come out of it and how to be fit and live a healthy life.
If you have continuous joints pain all day or when you wake up in the morning, skin irritations for a long time. “get your uric acid level checked”. “normal uric acid level in male 3/7 mg/dl and 2/6mg/dl in females.
This condition happens when your body is not flushing out excess uric acid from your body and it gets stored in the body which can later result in arthritis or “gathiya ba” in hindi, kidney stones, kidney failure in extreme conditions.
It happens when your body is absorbing more purine( is a compound which leads to uric acid, excess storage of it leads to high uric acid) and is not to flush it out much. That means your diet contains foods high purine foods.
Things to avoid:- cabbage, cauliflower , birds meat, meats organ, fish oil, mushrooms. they are usually high in protein and should not be eaten too frequently.
How to control:- the most of uric acid is flushed out of body through urine so, drink as much water you can so you urinate more and flush out toxins (preferably boiled water), drink lemon water (only lemon and water), apple cider vinegar( add few drops of it in a half a glass of water and drink it 2-3 times a day), deep breathing exercise.
