Hope you are doing great.
This is shweta Bhargava, am a certified yoga professional.
Starting the online and offline classes again after a short break.

Early morning @6.30 am.... Shall help you rejuvenate and prepare you for the day.

Weight loss online and offline @9.30 am.... Beneficial for those with diabetes, PCOD, digestive disorders, anxiety and excess weight issues. This shall be fast batch including cardio and dynamic asanas along with breathing techniques and pranayam.

Evenings online batch ...a beginners batch, apt for those with arthritis, joints or back pain and other health issues.

You can also contact me for personal sessions for specific needs.

A lovely yoga session with young parents of Euro Kids, Viman Nagar.
Thanks to Mrs. Reshma Valani for such a beautiful thought.
What I loved most about the session was that all the parents who joined, had their cameras on, everyone was doing the postures with me... And their kids also joined in๐Ÿ˜Š

INTRODUCTION TO YOGA.

TRIKONASANA... The triangle pose.

Benefits..
1. Stretches the front leg hamstrings.
2. Stretches the abdominal and back muscles.
3. Strengthens the back leg quadriceps and gluteal muscles.
4. Corrects curvature of the back
5. Makes thr spine flexible.

Limitations..
1. People with recent abdominal surgery, slip disc and sciatica can avoid this posture.

Trying to introduce one asana daily, with it's benefits and contraindications.
Those who already practice yoga, can share their inputs on the asana introduced as there are numerous benefits of each asana and I might miss out some๐Ÿ˜Š

ARDHKATI CHAKRASANA

* In simple terms... Half wheel with waist.
* It has numerous benefits...
# Reduces abdominal and visceral fat.
# Stretches lateral muscles of the body.
# Tones the muscles around thighs, hips and waistline.
# Improves flexibility of the spine.

Limitations... Those with extreme back pain and spondylisis should try the modified version.

UTTANASANA

*Also called pada hastasana.
*It makes the spine flexible.
*It strengthens the legs
*It improves digestion and prevents constipation.
*Improves blood flow to head region

LIMITATIONS

* People with vertigo should avoid.
* People with cervical spondylosis should avoid.
*People with disc prolapse should avoid doing this asana or should do it with modifications.
