Real quick shrimp and spinach french bread pizza. Made a parmesan sauce to spread on the bread, topped with sautéed spinach, grilled shrimp, mozzarella & smoked provolone, and a little more parm sauce. Baked on 350 until the bread was crispy and the cheese completely melted. Best 20 minute meal ever. 🤤

Made up meal; sautéed beef w/broccoli, corn, & mushrooms, simmered in beef stock until tender. Served with seasoned yellow rice.

When posted her salisbury steak some days ago I knew I had to do it. And the meal did not disappoint. My only addition was honey butter rolls cause carbs.

Asian inspired salad tonight; NY strip marinated in soy sauce/brown sugar/miso paste, shredded cabbage, carrots, cucumber, green onion, mandarin orange segments, fried noodles, fried garlic, toasted sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, and furikake, with a ginger peanut dressing.
