Just knowing how dark it gets here, makes me relish even more in todays lightness. ✨
It’s been a week since arriving unwell in the UK, in a whirlwind of political craziness both in England and Japan (and probably elsewhere that we didn’t hear) but I’m finally on the mend today as the sun shines down on us in Somerset.
An old Metta Meditation has been in my mind lately as I feel I want to hug everyone I hold in my mind. If you read this far, May you be safe, May you be happy, May you be at peace. ☀️
