MCA-2027.
Eid al-Adha Mubarak to our Muslim brothers and sisters, and to all residents of Mwingi Central Ward at large.
As we mark this blessed occasion of sacrifice, faith, compassion, and unity, I extend my warmest wishes to you and your families. May this Eid bring peace, happiness, good health, and abundant blessings to every home.
Today, I also take this opportunity to recognize and appreciate the immense contribution of the Muslim community to the growth and development of our ward, particularly within Mwingi town. The Muslim community has been instrumental in shaping trade, business, enterprise, and social progress, and deserves recognition among the earliest pioneers and key drivers of Mwingi town’s economy.
As we continue building a stronger and more prosperous Mwingi Central Ward, leadership must embrace every community and every voice. I remain committed to ensuring that the Muslim community is fully incorporated within our leadership structures and actively involved in decision-making and policy formulation processes, because sustainable development can only be achieved through inclusivity and participation.
Together, let us continue strengthening unity, mutual respect, and shared prosperity for the benefit of all.
Eid al-Adha Mubarak!

TUKOMBOE MWINGI CENTRAL WARD
Good Morning My good people ? As a concerned resident and aspiring MCA for Mwingi Central Ward, I strongly condemn the horrific acts of violence that have led to the loss of innocent lives in Kwakamari, Tseikuru Ward, where seven people were brutally killed, and in Ukasi, Nguni Ward, where a 14-year-old boy tragically lost his life at the hands of suspected camel herders.
These senseless and barbaric acts have plunged our communities into grief, fear, and uncertainty. No parent should bury a child. No family should suffer such pain. No community should live under the constant shadow of insecurity.
I call upon our security agencies, particularly the police, to act with urgency, firmness, and precision. The Mwingi Game Reserve and its surrounding areas must be thoroughly combed, and all those responsible for these heinous crimes apprehended and prosecuted without delay. Justice must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.
The situation has further escalated into a disruption of normal life. Transport and movement along the Mwingi–Garissa highway have been paralyzed, with residents erecting barriers in several areas. This has severely affected livelihoods, especially for residents of Garissa and the entire Northeastern region who heavily depend on the steady flow of food and essential supplies through this critical route.
While the pain and anger are understandable, I urge all residents to remain calm, avoid retaliation, and desist from actions that further disrupt lives and livelihoods. I am calling for the immediate restoration of normalcy, peace, and free movement along our roads. Let us uphold the rule of law and continue cooperating with authorities as investigations proceed.
This is a time for unity, not division. Let us stand together as one people, support the affected families, and commit ourselves to restoring lasting peace and security in our region.
To the bereaved families, I extend my deepest condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May justice prevail, and may peace return to our land.

Uko kadi ?
They gave me a moment to introduce myself—I used it to speak for a generation.
What began as an introduction became a statement. 🇰🇪 The conversation Mwingi Central Ward has long needed can no longer be delayed.
This was not just an introduction… it was a declaration. 💪💪
