Kenyans must understand one thing about the 2026 Finance Bill: not every proposal is bad, and not every proposal should pass blindly. As citizens, we must read, question, reject harmful clauses, amend unfair ones, and support policies that genuinely improve our lives.
Some proposals should be amended immediately to protect ordinary Kenyans from over-taxation, high cost of living, and pressure on small businesses. Taxes on essential commodities, digital businesses, fuel, and salaries should be reviewed carefully because they directly affect mwananchi.
Other proposals should be removed completely if they only increase the burden on struggling families, youth, farmers, and hustlers without improving service delivery or accountability.
At the same time, we should support bills and amendments that:

✅ Create jobs for the youth
✅ Support local businesses and farmers
✅ Improve healthcare and education
✅ Reduce corruption and wastage
✅ Strengthen county development
✅ Protect small traders and hustlers
✅ Lower the cost of living
A good Finance Bill should not punish citizens. It should build the economy while protecting the common mwananchi.
This is not about politics. It is about the future of Kenya.
What specific clauses do you think should be amended, supported, or rejected completely?

These monies will be recovered no matter what. Whatever tricks Kasongo uses, he will never win. Even if the NIS uses voter suppression tactics, Kasongo is a WANTAM..

One day, during the last years of his presidency, President Daniel arap Moi flew to Crans-Montana in Switzerland.

Col. James Gitahi was the PIC (Pilot In Command)

The approach route to the Sion Airport is mountainous and bounded on both sides by craggy and precarious rocky protrusions.

As Captain Gitahi navigated the Fokker 70 'Harambee One', Moi looked out through the window.

His face suddenly went pale with fear.

I saw him clutch his stomach.

It took more than thirty minutes to navigate this dangerous stretch.

All those on board, including myself, were terrified.

When we finally landed at Sion Airport, as if on cue, everyone gave Gitahi a thunderous applause, with almost endless clapping.

The fear was not over yet as we had to take the same route when flying out of Crans-Montana.

Our advance party, which was travelling on commercial flights, watched the take-off with bated breath and scared to the core.

My then Deputy, Zarina Kasu recalls the take-off thus:

'I clearly recall this historic moment.

In fact, those of us who were at the Sion Airport watched the take-off.

We were so scared.

We thought the plane would fall due to the sharp angle of take-off....'

A few days after we returned home, I got a call from the Kenya Air Force Administration.

They wanted a video clip of the take-off.

I obliged.

Mzee Moi called Col. Gitahi to State House.

When this celebrated pilot left Mzee's office, his face was awash with a wide grin.

Under his left armpit was a huge, fat envelope.

Later, we were flying from Dakar, Senegal bound for Nairobi.

In the middle of the dense Congo rain forest, pilot Gitahi announced, through the loud speakers, that we were headed for a dangerous thunderstorm.

Within a few seconds, the 'Harambee One' shook like a reed.

It plunged down one hundred feet.

I saw the Chief of Proocol, Rebecca Mwikali Nabutola faint.

When we regained the normal altitude, Mzee Moi was still clutching his stomach.

UHURU KENYATTA ENDORSES DR. FRED MATIANG’I AS 2027 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE DURING KIAMBU DELEGATES MEETING

“Yesterday, during this important gathering with Jubilee delegates in Kiambu, I proudly declare my support and endorsement of Dr. Fred Matiang’i as the 2027 Presidential Candidate.
follow this page kindly ❤️❤️✍️

Leadership is not about promises alone. It is about action, discipline, and delivering results for the people of Kenya. Dr. Matiang’i has demonstrated throughout his years in public service that he is a leader who fixes problems when the nation needs solutions most.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he stood firm and helped coordinate government operations with order, discipline, and commitment, ensuring Kenya remained stable during one of the most difficult periods in our history.

As Cabinet Secretary for ICT, Dr. Matiang’i championed the transformation of Kenya from analogue systems into a modern digital nation, improving efficiency, innovation, and connectivity across the country.

As Cabinet Secretary for Education, he restored integrity to national examinations and decisively ended the era of widespread exam theft and cheating. He also strengthened the safety of learners by promoting better regulation and visibility of school transport through the yellow school bus policy.

As Cabinet Secretary for Interior, he strengthened national security, restored confidence in law enforcement, and ensured security agencies worked effectively to protect Kenyans and maintain order across the nation.

Dr. Fred Matiang’i is a man of integrity, courage, discipline, and proven performance. Kenya needs leadership that can reform institutions, rebuild trust in government, and restore hope to millions of citizens.

The future of Kenya must be built on competence and results. That future is Dr. Fred Matiang’i.”

🔥 Edwin W. Sifuna : HERO OF THE PEOPLE OR MASTER OF POLITICAL THEATRE? 2027 IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK
Let’s be brutally honest as Kenya heads toward 2027.
Edwin Sifuna has mastered one thing better than most politicians in his generation —
📢 SPEECH THAT SOUNDS LIKE REVOLUTION
But the real question Kenyans are now whispering is this 👇
Is Sifuna genuinely fighting for the people…
OR is he simply the most articulate performer in Kenyan politics today?
Because look closely:
⚠️ He speaks like an opposition firebrand… but operates inside a powerful party structure
⚠️ He attacks government policies… but still plays within political boundaries
⚠️ He trends for bold statements… but real systemic change is another conversation entirely
And now the uncomfortable truth people avoid saying out loud:
💣 In Kenya, talking strongly is not the same as changing anything.
So where does that leave Sifuna?
Is he: 🔥 The next-generation political disruptor Kenya desperately needs
🎭 A polished communicator surviving inside the system✍️
🧠 Or a strategic political actor preparing for a bigger 2027 move that no one fully understands yet?🤔🤔
Because one thing is clear:
👉 Kenyan politics rewards noise… but delivers very little accountability.🤔🤔
And Sifuna is currently one of the loudest voices in the room.
But loud does NOT always mean powerful.
📌 So ask yourself: If elections were tomorrow — would Sifuna be shaping Kenya’s future… or just shaping headlines?🤔
Let the debate begin. No insults. Just truth.🙏🙏✍️

Al Jazeera has released a disturbing documentary exposing how Kenyans are allegedly being surveilled through their phones, and how Safaricom may have been enabling it.

According to the documentary, citizens’ phone data has reportedly been shared with security agencies, while spyware has allegedly been used to infiltrate devices and monitor people.

Think about that for a moment.

The same phone you use for M-Pesa, calls, WhatsApp and private family conversations could allegedly be turned into a surveillance tool against you.

This should terrify every Kenyan.

Because this is no longer about politicians.
It’s about ordinary people.

A boda rider criticizing taxes.
A journalist exposing corruption.
A university student tweeting against the government.
A parent complaining about the economy in a WhatsApp group.

If unchecked, Kenya could slowly return to the fear that existed during the Moi era, where people whispered inside homes because they feared the state was listening.

Only this time, the informer is in your pocket.
Your phone. That is why this story matters.

A government that watches its own citizens is not protecting democracy or them.
It is protecting leaders like Ruto.

And once people become afraid to speak freely, freedom dies quietly.

Tumechoka 2027 tunafagia hii uongo wote tuko KADI na ni wantam siku zote

26/05/2026

Kuna MPs na Senators wengi,KAZI nikusema “Wantam,” but Kenyans should first look at what they have actually done for the people. We are not going to elect leaders simply because they keep saying “Wantam.”

Some of these leaders have done nothing for their constituencies or counties. You will find that they have never tabled a single bill in Parliament, and many are absent when important bills are being passed. We need leaders like Okiya Omtatah, who go out of their way to file petitions and even join protests just to fight for ordinary wananchi.
Kenyans need to understand that chanting “Wantam” alone does not make an MP or Senator a champion of the people. Ruto is not the only leader failing us,many of those in Parliament are also failing Kenyans.

Come 2027, whether it is “Wantam” or “Tutam,” leaders must tell us what they have actually done for the people before asking for our votes.

Finance bill inaenda Bunge,we are watching,Tume reject let's see KAZI MPs wanaenda Kufanya.

Chanting “Wantam” is not enough.
