Scaling begins with Mindset. Mindset shapes how you lead People. And how you lead people determines whether Money works for your business or against it.
In the beauty industry, we've gotten this order wrong for too long. We chase the money first, neglect the people, and wonder why growth feels unstable. But when you fix the mindset, everything realigns.
I call it the Cycle of Success and it's not a theory. It's a system.
This Tuesday,Essy The Life Coach, Waithera Kariuki, and are bringing 3 focused hours designed to help you:
β
Rewire the thinking that's been keeping your business at the same ceiling
β
Navigate the people challenges - team, clients, and culture β that drain your energy and your revenue
β
Build the financial structures that make your salon or beauty business truly sustainable
This is a working session for beauty professionals who are serious about their next level.

We found that a bluntly sharpened bamboo stick is ideal for sectioning afro hair because it combines precision with gentleness. Afro-textured hair is naturally dense, coily, and more prone to breakage when handled with sharp or rigid tools. Unlike metal or pointed plastic combs that can snag, scratch the scalp, or create unnecessary tension, a slightly blunted bamboo tip glides through the hair, allowing for clean parting without cutting through strands or irritating the scalp. Bamboo is also lightweight, smooth, and slightly flexible, which gives the stylist better control while reducing friction and static. This makes it especially effective for creating neat sections while preserving the integrity of the hairline and minimizing stress on delicate strands.

Be the woman who knows the grass is greener wherever she stands, because she brings value to every space she enters.
More often than not, hairstylists are always searching for the next better thing; the best-paying salon, a better team, a better opportunity, a better career.
Sometimes that search is wise. But many times it comes from attaching our value to what we receive instead of what we give.
The moment you shift your mindset to delivering value, everything changes.
You elevate yourself.
You take care of your health.
You protect your mental space.
You invest in growing your skills.
Not for attention.
Not for validation.
But for impact.
Because the woman who focuses on value doesnβt chase better spaces.
She becomes the value that makes every space better.
