Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flow style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose to another pose flawlessly through motion and breath.
This form of yoga embodies a yogic philosophy that in order to achieve true balance we must accept the change that happens around us and embrace it. We move through our poses as a way to accept the fluctuation of the world and join the body, the mind, and spirit into one.

Alignment Focus

Alignment Yoga Focus describes how the body is arranged in yoga postures. On the contrary— it’s about aligning each individual in a pose, utilizing their bodies’ physical abilities, and maintaining certain key principles in an adaptable way. Using modifications and props alignment can be achieved with all flexibility or mobility, all shape or size. The main goals of alignment are to maximize the benefits in each asana and reduce susceptibility to injuries.

NEW YOGA CLASSES AT SÂMATA

Please see below for class information:

Yoga for Women, Monday 9 am
75 min

Yoga for women is not only about yoga therapy for women's health. This is about adapting classic Hatha yoga to female life.
Hatha yoga was originally created for men. It was practiced by warriors and holy sages to pump their body to make it powerful. However, the female body is very different from the male. We are strongly influenced by hormones. Men practice more in the name of the result, while the process itself and the pleasure from it are more important for a woman.
Yoga for women with Martha is a classic Hatha yoga adapted for the female body. You will gradually strengthen your body and make it more flexible. But in the process, you will get more care and gentleness.
Martha teaches how to work with the body gently, caringly. Not to force your body in the name of the result, but to make friends with it. Learn to listen to his signals and needs

Face Yoga
Wednesday 6 pm, 60 min

Facial yoga is an alternative to expensive, painful and dangerous cosmetic rejuvenation procedures. Just work with your face and body, direct your attention there and they will thank you. Their gratitude will be expressed in reduced wrinkles, smoother and more toned face, neck and neckline skin, beautiful posture and no bags under the eyes.
Yoga for the face is a compilation of Hatha Yoga and Taoist yoga poses, face fitness exercises and different types of self-massage.
In addition to the benefits you will get a lot of pleasure from a pleasant and funny process.

Vocal Yoga

Vocal Yoga is a magic process between yoga practise, singing and meditation. You don't need be good singer for joining!
Vocal Yoga is a compilation of mantra singing, Indian vocal exercises and group sound meditation.
Benefits
Relaxing and calming. That's great way decrease stress and good therapy of panic attacks
Improves hormonal systems
Much fun during the process
A unique sense of unity with yourself and other people
Improves your vocal skills
Vocal Yoga is between spiritual and body practise. But that's not about Hinduism or any religions. That's about yourself and sound of your soul.

Prenatal yoga
9 am Saturday, 75 min

Common positions in regular yoga — such as those where your feet are spread far apart — may be too stressful for your joints and pelvic area when you’re expecting. As your baby grows, there’s a lot more weight pushing down on your bladder and pelvis.
Pregnancy hormones also loosen your ligaments, making joint and bone problems (especially in the p***c bone) a source of discomfort. In addition to modifying positions for pregnancy, prenatal yoga also emphasizes breathing, stretches and strengthening moves that help your body prepare for labor.
