Are you not cutting your hair because you want it to get longer? If so, you are actually achieving the opposite. By not cutting your hair, you are actually letting your frail ends take all the nourishment instead of letting your body nourish hair growth. You hair is like a plant. If a plant is not properly pruned then it will not thrive and it will not grow. But just like you would not cut or prune a plant without taking into consideration the individual stems and leaves, you should also not cut your hair without taking into consideration the individual strands and ends of your hair.
