Due to the negligence and failure of the state to complete the Arab Highway project, Hanadi Youssef, a 40-year-old woman, has become a victim of this neglect and the corrupt contractors in the Lebanese government.
It is worth mentioning that the Arab Highway project has been inactive for years in Anjar, Al-Marijat, and Chatura in the Bekaa region, and excavation works have not been completed yet.
This is the same highway where I personally experienced an accident and was granted a new lease on life by the mercy of God. I have previously spoken about it in reports, but it seems that no one is listening.
