Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Make the Crust
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool while preparing the filling.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
Let it cool slightly before using.
