The Jedepo University Students Union (JUSU) convened its General Meeting on April 25, 2026, bringing together members of the leadership and active participants to deliberate on key matters affecting the growth, structure, and sustainability of the Union. The meeting focused on strengthening institutional frameworks, enhancing financial capacity, and expanding organizational reach across Liberia.

The Jedepo University Students Union (JUSU) is rising with a renewed vision, stronger structure, and a clear commitment to unity, growth, and development. Following our successful General Meeting held in Dixville Township, the Union has taken bold steps to strengthen its foundation, including the adoption of its Constitution and plans to expand across universities and colleges in Liberia through active chapters.

As we move forward, fundraising has become a key priority in driving the mission of JUSU. We are therefore calling on all sons and daughters of Jedepo District, as well as well-meaning individuals both at home and in the diaspora, to stand with us in this journey.

Your support—whether big or small—will contribute to: Strengthening student representation. Expanding JUSU chapters nationwide. Enhancing youth empowerment and development initiatives. JUSU is more than an organization; it is a family, a movement, and a vision for a better future for students of Jedepo.
