As the Managing Director of Phela Holdings, I strongly believe that businesses have a responsibility to do more than make profits. We must also create opportunities, transfer knowledge, develop skills, and prepare the next generation for the world of work.

That is why I am proud to appreciate our Business Management interns, Mrs Mocheta and Mrs Mosothoane, for choosing Phela Holdings as part of their practical learning journey.

A classroom can teach theories, principles, and concepts, but the workplace teaches students how those lessons operate in real life. Through internships, students get an opportunity to experience leadership, administration, customer service, financial management, teamwork, problem-solving, discipline, and decision-making in a practical environment.
