yes so far, I notice more energy, I don't feel tired all the time any more, I go to the park and walk after work something I had in mind for so long but I wasn't able cause of tiredness but now I enjoy, when I wake up I can walk normal specially down the stairs, that was a problem before but I notice I can go down the stairs in the morning like a normal person, and I started eating healthier and don't crave fast food like b4 specially the fries. so far its been great I sleep good and have notice my clothes are big on me and have lost weight 15lb in 5 wks. thanks for letting me know about this and I can't wait to tell others about it and help u with ur business, God bless u
