هذا البديل من وصفات الشوفان يعطي لشخصين

• كوب واحد من الحليب منزوع الدسم أو خالي من اللاكتوز • 1 كوب من الشوفان الملفوف. 1 عود قرفة • 1 رشة من مسحوق القرفة،

• 1 ملعقة كبيرة من الكاكاو • 1 ونصف من تالسيوم الكالسيوم

تجهيز

تسخين الحليب في وعاء.

• يضاف الكاكاو وعود القرفة.

يضاف كوب دقيق الشوفان ويقلب.

• • إذابة الكيس ونصف من الكالسيوم Tiens في الماء الساخن لتفعيل فوائده ، ثم انتقل لإضافة الشوفان.

فوائد:

يقوي ويحمي الأسنان والعظام.
