But first, be grateful... find yourself the way you are now, today, at this moment... PERFECT, even if there is things to improve, to change, to evolve... be grateful that YOU ARE (I am). Be grateful for this body, this health, this attributes, this possibilities and then go ahead and work hard to become the best version of yourself. Appreciation (with love) before evolution.
