麻油香~ 香~ 香~
「麻油姜丝肉」
材料：
瘦肉-1块(切小块)
姜丝-适量(喜欢多多)
麻油-适量
腌制料：
亮夏之味-适量
胡椒粉-适量
淀粉-少许
麻油-少许
(放肉片拌均,腌制30分钟左右)
调味料：
亮照烧酱-适量
盐-少许
做法：
1.起锅热麻油,放入姜丝煎至金黄色。
2.放入肉片炒至变白。
3.加入调味料炒均匀。
4.倒入适量清水煮滚。
5.煮至肉熟即可。(可另添加黄酒,姜酒,花雕酒..添加风味)
