CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

A BIG ‘thank you’ to Cell Food for getting me through my darkest days ever. When I’ve come down with a cold/ flu in the past the symptoms of fever, cough, aching body would usually last for about 5/7 days. During this time I could get out of bed have a light snacks and rest on the sofa during the day. Then I’ll be as right as rain to return to work etc...

However, what overcame me about 8 weeks ago was nothing I’ve experienced before. Those were my ‘darkest day’ of life. I work at a school and having finished work on 20th March, I was really looking forward to the holidays albeit in lockdown. My daughter and my two young granddaughters were staying with me for a few weeks, so naturally I was very excited that I would spend some quality time with them.

On Saturday afternoon of 21st March just after lunch a very strange feeling came over me and my head started to hurt. I couldn’t even keep my eyes open.
