很多人以为自己是突然开始掉发。
其实不是。大部分头发问题，都是慢慢累积出来的。
熬夜一点、压力大一点、头皮油一点、头皮痒一点。
今天掉几根，明天掉几根。
因为每天都在发生，所以反而不会特别在意。
直到有一天拍照的时候，发现头顶越来越明显。
直到整理头发的时候，发现发量没有以前多。
直到洗头的时候，排水孔都是头发。
才开始认真去看自己的头皮。我发现很多人不是没有问题。
而是习惯了问题。
🌝习惯头皮痒。
🌝习惯头皮油。
🌝习惯头皮屑。
🌝习惯每天都在掉头发。
时间久了，甚至觉得这就是正常。
但正常的头皮，不应该每天痒。
正常的头皮，也不应该让你一直担心头发越来越少。
头皮问题不会一夜之间出现。
头发也不会一夜之间变少。
所以越早发现，越有机会改善。
等到头顶越来越空的时候，通常已经不是一天两天的事情了。
