Ignore the error in name lol
My strategy was to shut off the mind and let the body's instincts take full control until the noise brings the fight. Then I open my peripherals to hear the voices of my fellow combatants, pushing me on.
I've achieved IKO Sport rank 2 and 3rd place at the recent IKFF Kettlebell Sport world championships.
Nothing quite like this feeling.

In my mission to bring the blessings of iron to all of Melaka, I've started a little group to train together in the great outdoors!
