Make sure that you are clearly understand about the term and condition before placing order to avoid any unpleasant consequences.

1. Order submits and payment before 9.30PM will be try our best effort post out by the next working day. Please allow some delay on posting if too many parcel need to handle.
2. Once your order has been confirmed, your orders will be send to warehouse for processing. There's no request for changes / cancelation / merging / add on.
4. After payments are made, there is strictly NO refund upon cancellation of the order to avoid confuse.

6. The goods are at your own risk from the time of delivery. We will not hold the responsibility for any damage or loss during delivery.
7. If you receive the wrong lens/ defect lens which the mistakes are cause by our side, please inform us within 3 days after received parcel.
** Else we will not handle on that issue. Replacement will not be made for lens which is damaged or stained or lost during postal period as this is caused by courier side.
8. If happened that we posted the wrong items/ defect lens to customer, under special conditions, we will post again the correct items together on the next order.
** If customer request for separate posting, postage is on customer's side.
9. Strictly NO cash posting on the parcel as it is prohibited by courier services.
10. Strictly NO exchange or return for the opened lens, defeat lens are only allow to claim if it's unopened.
11. Please do not direct post back any lens without inform us, we will not handle it.
12. For any exchange items that agreed by us, we will only post out after received the items that posted back by buyers.
13. We are not guarantee of any problem, infection or any injury of your eyes. Please note that these lenses are purchased at your own risk.
14. The colors of the lenses described in the illustrations may not truly reflect that of the items themselves due to the possible differences in lighting of the photography and differences in monitor settings for each individual. Please make the actual object as the standard.
15. We do not responsible for any diameter error , as diameter info is proclaimed by supplier.
16. All inquiries/orders will reply within 24 hours. Before that please do not rush us or spam us, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
17. The label of the degrees is correctly printed at the lens packaging. We will not accept any reasons for opened bottle lens / blister lens
