Secondly, the mushroom wrap, also full of nutritious ingredients, because of my big appetite, hunger makes me get mad....

Overall, 4/5🌟 cannot be too proud, -1 for improvement, hahaha!! 加油！

早起，就为了准备自己的午餐和女儿的茶点，却忙得废寝忘食，又带回家，炒热再加几道佳肴当晚餐了。

食谱：
1. 鸡肉炒姜片、红枣、枸杞
2. 番茄鸡蛋芝士面包

Wanted to have tomato soup today, simple dish, with 2 fried sunny egg.
(forgot to add vege 😟)

My colleague envy that I so hardworking to cook healthy food as lunchbox every day, I said healthy & tasty also, my favourite, yummy 🤤😋

On top of this, I had made pratha with tomato egg & cheese for my girl as her tea time at school. She likes it very much & order the same for tomorrow 🥰

A longing nutritious food sharing is back today 🤩!

Today started my brunch with a foldover made of pratha & chicken burger. Of course with my favourite vegetable, tomato, cheese & egg too~ 😙

Complimentary drink that boiled with red dates, goji, rose, chrysanthemum, dried longan & brown sugar, sweet & tasty 😋

That's my healthy & nutritious meal of day 💖
