Hi there! Omsphere Yoga would love to invite you to a "Self Love Yin Yoga" session with the intention to raise funds for the Covid-19 Crisis in India.

This session is all about feeling good with the body+mind - we start with easy and slow movements followed by a guided Yoga Nidra at the end.
