The hospital management doesn't have the right to stop you from going home

Yes, if they do or try to stop you from goin home

SUE them for breach of your fundamental human right and that particular person that stops you physically from going out and end up locking you inside on the ward

Get that person arrested and charged to court for Abduct'on and False Imprisonment

Not having money to pay hospital bill is a civil matter

It's the same thing as owing someone
It's not a crime to Owe

If the hospital need their money,
They should do the needful and go to court

Ignorance of the law is no excuse
