Today I had an encounter with a man who has being staring at me for a long time, until I walked up to him.
Next thing he said where are you from?
Infact I received these question from 3 different people today.
I replied Ezza North, he said Ezza women are industrious in nature,
but he did not know whether they are good people.
Funny enough🤣 is not the first or the second time I am hearing this particular sentence,
that Ezza People are not good people,
they are very bad 😔
Is not possible for me to come from Ezza, 🙄 How can I be an Ezza girl.
I don't behave like Ezza People 🤣
When people said so ,I don't try to defend myself ,No matter how I tried to defend myself they have made their conclusion already.
because There's no place that does not have good and bad people.
Also I see how childish they are .
Because if I used the bad experience I received from other tribes, and relate with people I see everyday.
Which means I cannot be where I am today.
Because I am too matured to operate in the same level with them.

Dear Parents How do you handle your child when he or she did not perform well ?
Educational aspect and general aspect of Life.
Do you criticize your Child .
Do you Shame your Child?
Do you encourage your child,
Do you remind your child how the siblings or your neighbors child is better than him/her.
Do you remind your child that you are not proud of him or her .
Here is the painful truth that 90% percent of parents destroy their child with their own words.

1) You have destroyed your own child with the choice of words you use at the point of their failure.
2) Wounds those words open may heal with time,but the scares is the constant reminder of those painful words.
3) Those words destroy their self esteem.
Which makes them to isolate themselves from people.
It can lead them into depression.
4) Also it destroy their Will Power.
Dear Parents please failure is part of Life, when a child fails try to find out why they did, and enlighten them more about the winning strategies.
Encourage them with calm and sweet word's like👇👇
