High heels put a lot of extra force on your knee and other joints. When these joints are forced to work harder, they wear down faster.🤷 , Victoria Ademola , Your health care
Mothers prioritize your health by securing 7-9 hours of sleep, engaging in daily movement, and nurturing mental health to avoid burnout. Key practices include drinking 6-8 cups of water daily, eating nutritious meals, and accepting support from others. Mental health is just as crucial; take time for yourself, forgive yourself for mistakes, and lean on a support.

Why sitting too much is bad for your health, if you sit too much, your brain could look just like that of someone with dementia. Sitting also raises your risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, which all play a role in the condition. Moving throughout,🚶♀️🚶♂️ the day can help even more than exercise to lower your risk of all these health problems.
Praising God offers significant mental, emotional, and physical health benefits, acting as a powerful tool to reduce stress and boost well-being. It shifts focus from problems to gratitude, which helps repel depression, anxiety, and fear. Physically, it can enhance brain health by increasing Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) and creating gamma waves.

Is it okay to drink when
Taking Antibiotics
Alcohol can cause headaches, flushing, dizziness, vomiting, and a fast pulse with antibiotics like cefotetan, metronidazole, and tinidazole. Doxycycline or linezolid might not work like they’re supposed to, so talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you have a drink if you’re taking them. Other pairings may cause different side effects. Still, alcohol doesn’t seem to interfere with most antibiotics. Just remember that heavy drinking can slow your immune response and make it harder for your body to fight infection, with or without medication.
Your cellphone probably goes with you everywhere. Ever check it while you were -- errr -- in the bathroom? And when’s the last time you cleaned it? Ever? It makes sense that there might be bacteria, viruses, or other germs on it. One study found 1 in 6 phones has E. coli bacteria on it, probably because people didn't wash their hands well. On the bright side, it’s a hard surface, which usually makes it harder for germs to survive. Still, it’s probably a good idea to wipe it down now then.🤔🤳👳
