SIGNS YOUR BODY GIVES YOU DURING OVULATION
Your body is not quiet.
It always gives you signs you just need to understand them.
Ovulation is the period when your body releases an egg, and this is your most fertile time.
So how do you know it’s happening?
👇 Pay attention to these signs:
1. Your discharge changes
It becomes clear, stretchy, and slippery like raw egg white.
This helps s***m move easily inside your body.
2. Mild lower abdominal pain
You may feel slight pain on one side of your lower abdomen.
Some women notice it, others don’t.
3. Increased sexual desire
Your hormones naturally increase your libido during ovulation.
4. Slight rise in body temperature
After ovulation, your body temperature increases a little.
(This is easier to notice if you track it daily.)
5. Breast tenderness
Your breasts may feel more sensitive or slightly painful.

The vitamin you need most
No doubt you must have already heard about the power of Folic acid,the power if this wonderful vitamin to safeguard your baby from some major birth defects
Since you may have been pregnant six,eight or even ten weeks before knowing it,building adequate pregnancy nutritional reserve ahead of time can help ensure that your body ll always be ready to protect your baby
But that is not all this powerful nutrient can do for you,taking adequate folic acid before conception can also boast fertility
Taking folic acid can and other prenatal vitamins can get you off to a good start,however if you are planning to get pregnant and any of the following factors are present in your life ,you may need to increase your nutrient intake over and above what your prenatal vitamin supplies
Take additional supplement if
1.your regular diet is carbohydrates, processed sugar and artificial sweetened foods
2.you eat a lot of chocolate and drink coffee,tea or colas
3.you smoke more than ten ci******es a day
