A former Minister of Power and All Progressives Congress 2027 gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo State, Bayo Adelabu, has reported that his sister and twin children have been kidnapped in Ibadan. According to reports, the incident occurred at Elewura, Challenge, Ibadan, involving unknown gunmen.
