"If you kick a stone in anger, you'll hurt your own foot." â Korean Proverb
đ Anger is self-punishment. When you let rage take over, you often inflict more harm on yourself than on the target of your anger.
đ§ââïž Pause before you react. A deep breath can save you from deep regret.
đ„ Donât let emotions rule. The heat of the moment can burn bridges that took years to build.
đȘLook within. The things that anger us often reveal what still needs healing inside us.
đïž Choose peace. Calmness is not weakness â itâs quiet strength under control.
đŹ Respond, donât react. Words said in anger echo longer than intended. Speak only when your heart is settled.
đ± Protect your peace. Lifeâs too short to keep kicking stones. Walk around them and keep moving forward.

Man:The person that sent me

Man: He is above a minister.
Boss: Is he a governor or mr president?
Man: He is above Mr president.
Boss: My friend are you alright?
Now tell us who sent you before I get you
arrested now.
Man: Him that sent me, His Name is
Almighty God, the owner of everything,
both OIL & GAS.

*A Life-Changing Lesson*
At exactly 4:00 PM on Saturday, I received an unexpected call from our secondary school alumni group. One of our classmates had been languishing in prison since October of last yearâover 9 monthsâdue to what should have been a minor traffic offence. Sadly, the case involved a highly influential individual whose car was hit, and the situation was blown far out of proportion.
This morning, I joined a few of our old schoolmates in court, resolved to do whatever we could to secure his release. What I saw broke my heart. Our classmate was a shadow of himselfâfrail, gaunt, and clearly crushed by the long, lonely months in detention.
We moved quickly: hired a lawyer, made some key calls, and by Godâs grace, he was finally released today.
But the real lesson here is far deeper than the legal victory.
*What This Taught Me:*
*1. Donât Walk Alone in Life*
Our classmate lived in complete isolation. No church, no pastor, no active friendshipsâhe had even cut himself off from our alumni group. The last time many of us saw or heard from him was in 1991. When he got arrested, his wife had no one to call. It wasnât until one of us randomly contacted her that we even learned of his situation.
*2. You Were Not Designed to Do Life Alone*
From the moment weâre born to the time we leave this world, we need people. Parents, nurses, friends, teachers, colleagues, neighborsâeven those who carry our casket. God created us for community, not solitude. Independence is good, but isolation is dangerous.
*3. Donât Push Everyone Away*
Some people cut ties with others under the belief that âeveryone is badâ or âpeople can't be trusted.â While caution is wise, total withdrawal is self-sabotage. Not everyone is perfectâbut not everyone is harmful. Many are God-sent helpers waiting to show up for you, if only youâd let them in.
*4. Community Is a Lifeline*
When you live in isolation, even the smallest challenge can become a life-threatening crisis. But when you live in a community, even the biggest problems become manageable. Our classmateâs seven-month ordeal could have been resolved in daysâif only he had stayed connected.
*5. Relationships Are an Investment*
Like a bank account, if you donât make deposits, you canât make withdrawals. Nurture your relationships. Check in. Be present. Show up for othersâand youâll find that, in your own time of need, people will show up for you too.
To my classmates who showed up at court today *âthank you for reminding us that real friendship does not expire.* Your presence, prayers, and actions made all the difference. Letâs keep standing by one another.
Please share this message. You might just reach someone silently suffering in isolation.
Remind them:
*You need people. You always will. Donât do life alone.*
*PEOPLE COVER US* *MORE THAN CLOTHES*
That's the truth!
*COPIED!*

This is Mr Ukandu.
He is an Elder in the church he attends, an ordained elder.
He trained all his children in the university.
His first daughter lives in the US.
His first son lives in Canada.
His second son lives in Japan.
And his last child is schooling in Ghana.
His wife is in the US, doing Omugwo.
She has refused to come back.
She is now earning money in the US baby-sitting.
Ukandu cannot marry a new wife because his children don't want to hear it and he cannot really afford to have a new wife and possibly new children now.
Also, being an Elder in his church, he can't marry another wife.
This is how he spends his days as a retiree.
Any regrets?
_ Oga, you could be the next.

WAR AGAINST BEFITTING BURIAL
Let's Wage War against "befitting burial", to encourage BEFITTING LIVING.
LETTER FROM LATE MOTHER TO HER SON - THREE DAYS AFTER HER BURIAL:
Dear Son,
I want to know why I died like a poor woman when I have a Son like you.
My Son, I wanted to bless you before I die, but now I have gone with my blessings.
My breakfast, my lunch and my dinner was one of my challenges when I was alive, but you spent money to cook all types of foods, meats and different types of drinks on my burial day.
My Son, you choose to spread and rubbed my dead body with costly fragrance when I was using groundnut oil as my favourite cream.
You dressed my Co**se with an expensive cloth when it was difficult to buy a wrapper for me.
When my Co**se was in the Mortuary you came to check on me from time to time, you care about my Co**se than when I was alive why?
The most painful thing is the kind of expensive coffin you put my Co**se when I was living in an uncompleted house.
When you were young I starved for you to eat and be satisfied, I wore one cloth in order to provide enough clothes for you. I thought you would take care of me when I grow old.
You completed the house, painted it and cleared the compound in one week just to celebrate my Co**se.
Now you wrote tribute to me saying "Mama, I love you so much rest in peace" - When I died with a broken heart.
Finally, my son, I wrote this to remind you that there is no other person that loves a child like a Father/mother.
May God forgive you
