After pregnancy, your body is different and that is okay.Please don't make the mistake of Jumping straight into intense workouts.
It can lead to: burnout, abdominal core pressure, tummy bulging and eventually frustration.Your body doesn’t need punishment. It needs support.
Gentle, intentional movement always works better after pregnancy and childbirth .

Why do we mothers feel guilty for resting?
The moment you sit down, one small voice in your head will whisper,
“You should be doing something.”
If it's not Work, It is Children.
Cooking, Laundry, etc ..
Somebody always needs you.
So when you choose to exercise, rest, or just breathe small, guilt shows up like an uninvited guest. Let me tell you something clearly:
Taking care of yourself is not selfish.
It is necessary.
You are not a machine.
You are not only a mother.
You are a human being, and if you break down, everything around you feels it.
Self-care is not about luxury.
Sometimes self-care is:
1)waking up 20 minutes earlier to move your body.
2)Choosing proper food and eating well instead of just snacking on leftovers.
3) Saying “I am tired” without feeling weak.
4) Closing the door for 10 minutes to reset without disturbance.
The list goes on
That small workout you do?
It is not selfish.
That decision to eat well?
It is not selfish.
That boundary you set?
It is not selfish.
You are teaching your children something powerful. You are teaching them that, Health matters, Mothers matter too,and let’s be honest, when you feel stronger, calmer, and more confident, your home benefits too.

Motivation is nice, but it is not consistent.
Some days you feel strong, other days you are just trying to survive motherhood.
If your fitness journey depends on motivation, progress will always stop and start.
