Honey Loaf Cake

Ingredients:
• 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
• ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar
• ½ cup (170g) honey
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup (120ml) warm milk
• ¼ cup (60ml) plain yogurt or sour cream

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter, oil, brown sugar, and honey until smooth and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients in batches, alternating with milk and yogurt, and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased and lined 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Brush the warm loaf with a little extra honey for shine and flavor.

Amazing Orange Cake
This easy orange cake is beyond moist and packed with orange flavour. Once baked, let it rest on a wire rack, then slice and serve. You can also glaze it with orange glaze and enjoy.
Ingredients;
2½ cups (300g/10.58 oz) all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup (200g/7 oz) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons orange zest (about 3 oranges)
1 cup (240ml) vegetable oil
¾ cup fresh orange juice (about 3 oranges/180ml)
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the Glaze:
1 cup (120g/4.2 oz) powdered sugar
zest of ½ orange
2 tablespoons orange juice (about 1/2 orange)
