When you stay happy and positive you see light and opportunities around. When you are unhappy and depressed, you create a dark atmosphere that doesn’t allow you to see anything.
The Bible tells us that with Joy shall you draw out of the wells of salvation. Isaiah 12:3
Things might not be going the direction you desire it to be going. But be joyful and happy in the fact that, your expectations will become a reality soon. Speaking as one who has been down several times but maintained a joyful and happy heart because I knew I will rise to the top.
This is why I don’t have any medical conditions from heartbreaks of unfulfilled expectations. If I had developed one, now that things are aligning, I will be suffering one issue or the order

Over the years I’ve maintained my school of thought and I don’t think I am changing it anytime soon.
If you are a man, planing to build a great future and you are dating a young lady who sees work as a thing of suffering, you are digging your own grave
I don’t care how beautiful and sexy you claim she is, you will die quicker than your mates
Everyday I see men aging beyond their age due to stress and depression from excess load and no help from anywhere
Once I hear a young man say their spec is a girl with breast and bum bum as the first thing that comes out of their mouth, I know they have a mental problem.
My wife is a complete utility tools box, the best question to ask her is what can't she do?
If she’s unwilling to work, take a walk. It is that simple
Stop trying to fix what can’t be fixed
