Recently I noticed that most employees are not ready to work, especially all these sales representatives. They will prefer nothing happens in your shop and at the end of the month, you pay them for not working.
Some of them will even go as far as telling you that they can’t do part of the work which you assigned to them, which is the main purpose of the employment.

Like, on top the Job description which they are aware of😂😂😂
