Have you ever heard of nephrolithiasis? It's a disease that affects your nephron (kidneys).
You can prevent it by drinking enough water.
Hopefully I'll get to talk about the nephrons by the time I'm through with the series on mental state.
In the spirit of international nurses week, may I remind you to drink water, enough to keep you hydrated.

Seeing a good number of people d!.e primarily because of dehydration is emotionally draining and painful. So may I remind you to drink a good quantity of water today
