Many ladies say they have the hair products but caring for their natural hair is still stressful. One of my goals is to make my journey as easy as it can be as the years go by.
No, you don't need to be spraying water, applying products many times a week, your hair does not have to be dry within 2 days. Caring for natural hair can be way easier than you ever imagined.

I don't think the government here will do much about banning relaxers. But the moment sales drop, the companies will know they should stop or product less. Many of these companies produce other hair products so it's not a case of trying to run down anyone's business.

Let's discuss this matter.
In my few years of hair & skincare consultation, I have learnt to predict what kind of people are likely to be referred by certain clients.
This image below, the first sentence, is from a comment I saw telling the poster to be nicer to clients/customers no matter how they behave when trying to do business with you even when you know the request is about asking for free consultation or trying to buy your product at a terrible reduced price.
So the comment is saying be nice because that client who doesn't want to pay can actually refer others to you.
I smiled when I saw that comment because from the little my eyes have seen in consultation business, a client who likes freebies trying to find ways to pay for one hour and get free 4 hours will refer friends/people that do the same or even worse.
So yes I attend to clients politely of course but I can't give a person who tries to cheat me or ridicule my business by trying to slash my price terribly or trying to cheat me grace oh. I have learnt not to entertain the habit.

Service providers and vendors( those who sell products), do you think the behaviour of your client or customer affects the type of people he or she refers to your business?

You can't be doing the same thing that caused your edges to become scanty or bald and expect full edges.

Do you still do this?
Go to a store then ask them what and what is good. Of course they will sell what they think is good. The goal is to buy as much as possible from the store.
So you don't get disappointed, you need to know what you want to buy before going to a skincare or haircare store. Though a few stores have experts who know exactly what you need.

When you notice some part of your hair are shorter than the rest of your hair. Trimming your hair so everything is even is not the solution.
