*Ile aiye, ile asan, Omule m**o ( LIFE)*

A woman died recently. She was a widow. She also had no child. She died in her late 50s. She has been buried.

When the family went to clean her property, they were amazed. She was a hoarder. The type you watch on American and British reality shows. She had stuffs filling her apartment.
Piles of new materials.
Piles of expired food products.
Piles of gifts and souvenirs dating 10 years.
6 television sets.
5 new freezers.
4 new generating sets.
New gas cookers.
Kerosine stoves of the 80s.
All new.
Expired vegetable oil.
Decaying bags of rice.
And so forth.
There was no sitting space in a 4 bedroom apartment.
Littered with junk.

Plenty of stuff was thrown away. Many shared by family members who had no clue on how she lived. I am certain she has a decent amount in the bank. She was prudent. Almost much too prudent. Bordering on...

Many of us are like her. We can’t give away stuff that we do not need. We pile “junk” that might be useful to another. We have clothes in wardrobes all over. We hoard everything we own. Lace of 92, gele of 88.

Many even hoard love and praise. They hoard affection. No one is deserving of love. No one is deserving of help. When they lose one they love, they cry, because they hoarded words of affection and more.

Life is meant to be lived. That we will die is certain. The uncertainty is when and how. The wise one lives everyday as the last.

This is not to be read as encouraging wastage. Or failing to save for tomorrow.

Empty your barns regularly to the needy so you also can have new.

At the end, the only thing you take with you, is how well you impacted the lives of others and your relationship with God, Nourish that......

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EFFECTS OF ICE COLD WATER

Although drinking water that's at room temperature helps the digestive process, drinking ice water has the potential to cause constipation. Food solidifies and hardens as it passes through the body, while at the same time making the intestines contract, which can lead to difficulty when you really need to "go".

If you're familiar with "brain freeze", which you get as a result of ingesting ice cream or crushed ice, then you should know that ice water can do the same thing. It chills many sensitive nerves in the spine, and they immediately relay messages to your brain, which in turn causes headaches.

For people who have a risk of kidney stone formation, drinking ice cold water is not recommended. This is due to the content of oxalate substances in the iced water (danger of sweet iced tea too). Oxalate is the main culprit of kidney stones. The recommended drink is room temperature water, lemon juice, or water with lemon extract. Citric acid contained in lemon is good for people who have risk of kidney stone formation? The high content of citric in lemon, can prevent kidney.

Is there a happy belly? Difficult to move, heavy, and very disturbing appearance. our abdomen have fat pads. The more ice water consumed, the fat pads will also increase. Which is the commonest source of distended abdomen. Especially if not accompanied by regular exercise. The weight loss tip for drinking lots of ice cold water to force the body into doing more work and thus burn more calories isn't completely true. This is because cold temperatures in the body cause fats to harden and congeal, making them more difficult for the body to digest.

and

Drinking ice water can lead to stomach upsets, abdominal pain, stomach gurgling, and nausea. This is because cold temperatures are anti-inflammatory, therefore causing blood vessels to retract. Another side effect of ingesting ice cold water is that the stomach contracts and becomes too tight to be able to process food efficiently
When cold drinks enter the body, the enzymes in the stomach will react with cold temperatures. Abdominal muscles become cramped. Furthermore, the stomach feels bloated due to the formation of gas in our stomach.

Drinking ice water can cause your heart rate to drop. This is because the vagus nerve, which runs down the back of your neck, is affected by a sudden ingestion of ice cold water. As an emergency measure, your heart rate slows down until your body temperature reaches equilibrium once again.

Just as a cold winter's day can give you a runny nose and block up your sinuses, ice cold water creates the same bodily response. In other words, your body createsmucus as a natural humidifier to warm any ingested cold air or liquid. The difference is that in the case of ice water, this bodily response is unneeded, and it results in extra mucus accumulating in your pipes, thusmaking your throat sore.

In order for body temperature to be normal again after drinking ice water, the body needs extra work. Though the body must also digest food and absorb nutrients. Because the body energy is widely used to regulate our body temperature, the nutrients from the food we consume so it is not absorbed optimally in cold temperatures.

Health tip: take 1 cup of warm water on an empty stomach everyday upon waking up.
Its good for your organs.
And drink room temperature water the rest of the d
