The very first and most important step to having healthy skin is beginning a skincare routine.

What’s a routine?
It’s simply a series of steps you take on a regular basis at a certain time and in a certain way towards a premeditated goal. In this case healthy skin is our goal.

You’re new to skincare and you have no ideas where to begin or what to get? This is the perfect beginner’s guide. This routine is a basic routine that everyone should have in the morning. At night is similar but with slight changes.

I included some product recommendations for each step with skin types in mind (I’ll talk about skin types in another post) and overall health of your skin.

The particular product you get depends on what your skincare concerns and goals are. So this is not a one size fits all. Treatment focused products can be included or alternated with any of these.
