The initiative delivers explicit, age-appropriate s*x education on the dangers of neglecting menstrual hygiene (including insect-related infection risks), the lifelong benefits of abstinence, and exclusively for girls a sanitary pad distribution session at schools and for teenagers. Adolescence brings shared biological and social pressures. Poor menstrual hygiene management (MHM) causes absenteeism, embarrassment, and preventable infections for girls; boys often lack awareness of these realities, perpetuating stigma or myths. Early s*xual debut affects both genders with risks of unintended pregnancy, STIs (including HIV), and emotional trauma. Abstinence until marriage is the only 100% effective method for all teenagers.
