HELP!! 5-year old Lepnaan Dalyop Dakat needs you to save her life. Baby Lepnaan was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition and she requires a cardiac surgery.
She also suffers pulmonary hypertension and the resultant effect has been a series of partial exchanges, hospital admissions and consistent intake of routine medication which has in turn put the family through untold hardship.
Lepnaan’s parents are currently in need of at least $20,000 i.e N15,000,000 (fifteen million naira) to cover hospital charge, possible surgical procedure among others.
