ORPHANS CRIED OUT AGAINST EVIL AND ATTACKS OF RETIRED SHARI'A COURT JUDGE

The Orphan (Male Orphan: Abdullateef Lakazibu)Explained to this News room in details, compiled by our reporter both history of the family and cases therein that goes as follows;

The children of late Alhaji Baba Lakazibu, laruta area, Bida, who pass away 1996 and his properties was shared to his children in the early 1997, which among the team sent by Late Shaba Nupe(Alh. Abdulmalik Ndayako) for the sharing of decees property happens to have in company of this named retired Judge(Alh. Muhammad Abdulmumini AKA Alkali Yaman), which among them are:

3. Late Nma Ponputa
4. Alhaji Alkali Man(Muhammad Abdulmumini)

This incident or tragedy begin when the person in question seek for a toilet portion for his wife and the son refused due to conjection, and limited access road, and after word, he came along with his children claiming the all portion to be his, and threatening the old sick mother and the children that, I quot;

I will use all my power as a retire Judge and my children who are Lawyers to collect or take that portion..

All happen in the year 2018, he went and returned with his children insulting and threatening the Orphan's Mother on same issue, on the third day, his children and his nephew came in with break-in tools commence the demolition of the children property, and his first son(Sadiq Muhammad) that came along told the sick mother and ordered his other Brothers to get her son killed whenever they sees him, and the team involved in demolition are;

After the demolition, the retired Judge told the public alongside with his younger brother (Nma Alkali)that the Male Orphan(Abdullateef Lakazibu)beat him up, just to assassinat his character as part of their war tools against the son. After that, his (lawyer) son Babanna and Abdulrashid attacked his sister(Fatima Lakazibu) a married women without considering her status, and the Orphans immediately sue him to court(Bida Magistrate court II), on the seventh days Abdullateef Lakazibu was attacked again by his children named Abdulrashid Muhammad while court Judgment is on, afterwards, the Orphans cried out that for the past two years now, the case has not been put to end and they are scared of the all things due to country situation.

This news room, pay a visit to the family and carryout all needed information regard to the case, and hereby inform the public to come to the aids of those Orphans(Abdullateef Lakazibu and Fatima Lakazibu), and which our findings goes down to those behind the retired Judge hope and iltreatment against the children within their own family, the children have been under attacks for a very long time from both in and outside their family, which we've understood that the step son Hamza Lakazibu, Iya etc are also guilty of this crime, with that, we are inviting all God fearing lawyers, financia etc against this operassors (Retired Judge and his supporters).

Conclusively, the Orphans denied all his accusations and told this media house that all legal ways shall be followed God's willing, they've report their issue to God Almighty for perfect Judgment, and plead with the public, honourable court and this honourable house to comes to their aids against this Oppressor's new development who never come up with this claim when his(Orphans)father was alive, and even when they came for property sharing nothing of such from him until now after 23years, but Allah shall Judge between us and his supporters said by the son.

HIS BRIEF BACKGROUND

He is a son Aliyu from Banin area, Bida, there in Emi Kusogi residence, Malam Aliyu did his Al-quranic discipline in Laruta area just like everyone with Madrasa, and he survived with two children, named Alhaji Abdulkadir Aliyu(Baba Lakazibu), and Aliyu Abdulkadir.

Who is Alhaji Baba Lakazibu?

He is a man of honor with high level and rate of recognition in KinNupe, most especially Bida and it's environ, he is a Nupe Poetic writer, a scholar and highly intelligent, he was known as a professional religious man with kinds heart that cares, give and humble.

He was tested with the quest heart that love children and others, wasn't fortunate to be blessed with Much children as he wishes, but God who have it, he was given two his replica, and left behind adopted ones, and those he cares for.

He was also blessed with four wife with limited children, with that, and pass away when we needed him most, but Allah knows best.

Who are his wifes?

1. Kulu: She was married as widow at the late years, and met her in her Business ground at Ja'Annama road, Bida, she is a native of wushishi local government, where She was first blessed with two children, namely Gimba and Hassana, Hassana died at Early age.

2. Hajiya Chita: She was the second wife married at the late years as widow, but unfortunately, she bear no child with him.

3. Hajiya Kechwa: She is the third wife married due to circumstances she was tested with known as Mental disorder, she was brought for treatment as insane women, and after her treatment, she was married by him due to his quest for children, which the birth was known as unwanted situation.

4. Hajiya Hadiza Saidu Madaki: She was the fourth wife, from a family of late Madakin Nupe(Alhaji Ibrahim Saidu), she is a career women and a retiree, who works in same ministry with the husband.
