Bitter Gourd Leaves: For regulating blood sugar level.
If your goal is to lower your blood sugar that is spiraling out of control or to just maintain a healthy sugar level, you might want to consider this nature's provision in the form of a medicinal plant.
* This leaf is highly regarded in the goal of maintaining a healthy sugar level.
* It helps insulin sensitivity
* It helps the body to use glucose better.
HOW TO MAKE
1. Get two handfuls of gourd leaves
2. Wash thoroughly to remove sand, insects and germs. you can use salt or white vinegar.
3. In a clean pot, pour 1 liter of water, add gourd leaves and 8 cloves.
4. Bring to a boil under low heat.
5. Drain and serve cool or warm.
6. Drink half cup first thing every morning and last thing at night.
NOTE:

MANGO LEAVES: To maintain healthy sugar level.
Mango is particularly popular in some cultures for maintaining healthy sugar levels.
*They help in the control of insulin levels.
*They can be consumed fresh or dry.
HOW TO USE
1. Wash leaves thoroughly to get rid of germs, insects and debris.
2. Bring 1 liter of clean water to a boil.
3. Place in 10 to 15 fresh or dried mango leaves and 8 cloves. submerge in water and put off heat. leave to cool.
4. Strain and serve cool or warm.
5. Drink first thing in the morning (empty stomach) and last thing at night.
Incorporate mango leaves in your daily diet routines and watch how it impacts your health positively.

HOW TO CLEAN WATER BOTTLE WITH TWO CHEAP INGREDIENTS
For a clean and fresh reuseable water bottle use these two ingredients:
salt
vinegar
HOW TO USE?
1. Add a pinch of salt to bottle
2. Measure 1/4 cup of white vinegar and pour into same bottle
3. Cover and shake bottle vigorously.
4. Empty bottle and wash normally with soap and water.
5. Rinse with water and dry.
You can use the two ingredients together or either of them.
* Vinegar is a potent disinfectant and a deodorizer.
* Salt is a disinfectant and an abrasive.
TIP: If using salt, use warm water in place of vinegar.
to get maximum result you can fill bottle with these ingredients and soak overnight. this will get rid of all odors and soften stains.

Trust me, it works!
Refer to my post on Friday, the 27th of October 2023 (see it if you haven't).
People are going through so much this period. Financial, economic, societal, marital, emotional pressures, that if not properly managed can lead to so many complications.
We need to take steps to manage the stress from the reality of the times.
Here are some tips to deal with mental and physical fatigue.
1. know your body and how it speaks to you. learn to know when your body needs a break and obey. let your mental health be top on your priority list.
2. Take frequent breaks in the course of the day, say 10 minutes at intervals. I call it "my me times".
3. Document your stress every day. This helps you take note of your stress factors, the triggers, which in turn helps you to avoid or to work around them.
4. Find suitable ways to unwind and cool off at the end of each day. here are suggestions:
*Read books (comics or fictions)
* Watch comedy shows
* Or other fun things
5. Don't forget to take stock of your life, appraise the day's activities and meditate every night before you sleep.
Above all cast all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you!
