To be honest I hesitated a bit to put up this post... basically because some people will not agree with this. You know I have people who think that the C9 detox program means denying yourself goodies you are used to. NO.
It's like spring cleaning for the house 😊. You take out the things that have clogged certain places and after the easy flow of things and ones that's done, you put the things back in place right? Right....😁.
