Too often, we trivialize those small moments that shaped us once we reach a certain level of success, and that, I dare say, is pride.

We forget how consistent, hardworking, and focused we once were in pursuing our vision unashamedly. Sometimes, just because we’ve achieved a little, we relax.

The truth is, it takes even more effort to sustain success than it does to build it, because no one wants to fall from the top.

Those humble beginnings were necessary to prepare us for the big break, to give us knowledge, understanding, and direction. After all, no one can tell the success story of a business better than its founder.

In all of this, always remember: without God’s grace, mercy, and favour, success is never guaranteed.

As I reflect on 2025, a few key lessons stood out for me:

1. The Power of Unity and Collective Effort
I’ve learned to truly value good partnerships — emphasis on good. You don’t need a crowd to succeed on a project. When faced with an assignment you can’t handle alone, seek out people who have the skills and potential you need to accomplish the task. You may not have a deep relationship with them, but if they have what it takes and are willing to contribute, don’t hesitate to ask for their help. Never underestimate the strength of collective responsibility, we all need people from time to time.

2. The Importance of Business Structure
Having a solid structure for your business is essential. I experienced significant losses in 2025 because I overlooked this, but I’ve learned my lesson. Build a strong foundation for your business and even for your family. Ensure every unit is well-grounded, form a reliable team, and clearly define your policies for both staff and customers.

3. My Faith in God Was Tested
This year, my faith in God was deeply tested. I faced moments where all my intelligence failed, and all I had left was God. I held on to Him like never before and He came through. In 2025, God taught me what it truly means to depend completely on Him and to be deeply rooted in faith.
