PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHING UK
In Religious Studies (RE)
We examined various churches and places of worship. In earlier times, some cathedrals featured engraved stones intended to drive away evil spirits, and most possessed tall bells that would be rung an hour before services to notify congregants of when service is about to start.

Additionally, some churches are architecturally designed in the shape of a cross to symbolize their devotion to Christ.

We explored different denominations, including Catholic, Pentecostal, Methodist, Church of England, Baptist, Orthodox, and Lutheran, noting their commonalities and distinctions.

By the conclusion of our lesson, the children observed various images of churches, identifying their shared characteristics.

Haha, that drug one totally caught me off guard too! I've learned so much over the years. Like, it's a dustpan, not a parker. And medication, not drugs. And "getting out of bed" means the exact moment you stood up, not just when you woke up and stayed in bed. For example, I woke up at 6 am but got out of bed at 7 am – totally different things! Oh, and here's a serious one: if you give a kid a soft drink (like Coke, Fanta, Sprite, any fizzy drink), people will raise an eyebrow because of the caffeine and artificial stuff that's not good for them.

Also, using the word "just," saying "I know," and shouting "hello" are considered super rude. It's better to say "please may I" or "thanks for letting me." So many things to learn!

BABY MASSAGE BUSINESS. (Side business or full time if you are passionate) DM me if you are interested

This is a wonderful business venture, especially if you have a passion for babies! I gained so much knowledge from my own experience, from healthy diets( like mash avocado πŸ₯‘)for mothers and babies to fostering positive relationships. I paid only Β£5 a week for this class which i didn't regret. We had 45 minutes of baby massage and another 45 minutes to an hour for parents to connect and share. Parents could leave at any time during the two-hour session. πŸ‘ΆπŸΌ

For the instructors and to start up this business

Please complete the course, which typically takes less than three months, to obtain your certificate. Afterward, register your business to acquire a certified license, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly ( no Anyhowness). I am able to assist you with the course here and will forward the materials for your review. While I previously completed a more extensive Early Years Practitioner course, which qualifies me, I am open to reviewing this material as a refresher.

1. It is important to approach this role with a genuine affection for infants and a non-judgmental attitude. Cultivate a positive demeanor and establish a secure environment where mothers feel comfortable expressing their concerns. Strive to transform any negative situations into positive solutions, and at times, simply offer reassurance, such as "it is okay" or "things will improve with time."

2.Please ensure the clean room is maintained without the use of slippers or shoes. Mothers will be granted entry upon signing a waiver and agreeing to adhere to the established policy, with further details to be provided. The clean room should feature window blinds instead of curtains. An oil diffuser or dehumidifier is essential, and the temperature in the baby massage room should be maintained between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius.

The flooring should be rugged rather than tiled, and daily cleaning is required. Parents are kindly requested to wash their hands before entering the clean room, and a clean washing sink will be available in the common area.

3. A comprehensive policy should be provided to parents, outlining that discussions within the baby massage class should be free of arguments and judgment, fostering a safe environment for open communication.

4. discuss safe baby oils for massage, such as avocado oil, almond oil, and sunflower seed oil and coconut oil. I have learned to create my own blends. These could be offered for sale to parents or included as a complimentary small bottle.

5. Consider including baby books as a delightful addition to the monthly package! πŸ“šπŸ‘Ά

6. Parents are kindly requested to bring clean blankets, a clean wrapper, or a clean spread sheet, along with a small, soft pillow for their babies to rest upon.
7. Use Africa babies postal not white babies.

8. It would be beneficial to establish a separate, smaller room where parents can take their infants when they are crying, especially if it is disruptive to a class. Following this, a brief lesson, perhaps ten minutes or less, could be offered to them.

9. You could consider including some prenatal advice for expectant mothers. For instance, you might suggest certain oils for stomach application from the first trimester to help prevent stretch marks. I used olive oil for my first and Bio-Oil for my second, they both worked perfectly . Additionally, we could recommend using a hot water bottle for stomach comfort in the postpartum year, as this may be a safer the alternative to pressing with hot cloths, which could potentially cause burns or exacerbate stretch marks.

Also for mothers suffer from hair loss after given birth, I have a very good product made from palm oil but I am still working on it. It will help you grow back your NATURAL hair not relax hair. It is from Honduras πŸ‡πŸ‡³ but can be produced in Nigeria, just to get it tested in lab to know what to extract from palm fruit.

What qualifications do I need for baby massage?

To teach baby massage professionally, you do not need medical or prior massage qualifications. You just need a Certified Baby Massage Instructor Diploma from an accredited provider (such as the IAIM, Blossom & Berry, or Hands on Babies), plus valid Public Liability Insurance.

Blossom & Berry

Depending on whether you want to teach classes or physically massage babies in your care, your requirements will vary:
1. To Teach Parents (Baby Massage Instructor)
Instructors do not touch the babies directly; instead, you teach parents the techniques on a demonstration doll.

West College Scotland

Education: Complete an accredited instructor training course. Programs typically take anywhere from 3 days to a few months and cover safe strokes, infant anatomy, maternal mental health, and class management.
Prerequisites: Many courses have zero strict prerequisites. However, many instructors transition from backgrounds like midwifery, nursing, nursery nursing, or childcare.
Assessment: Often includes a take-home exam, submitting lesson plans, and completing practical teaching hours (e.g., evaluating parent feedback).

Blossom & Berry

2. To Directly Massage Babies (Hands-On Practitioner)
If you intend to work one-on-one and directly massage babies yourself (rather than teaching parents), you will need a regulated qualification.

Hands on Babies

Education: A regulated program, such as a Level 2 Certificate for the Hands-on Baby Massage Practitioner (RQF).
Prerequisites: These programs may require basic background experience working with babies in a professional capacity or prior study in Anatomy & Physiology.

Hands on Babies

Key Extras You Should Have
First Aid/CPR: A current pediatric first aid certificate is highly recommended (and sometimes required by local councils) to safely run in-person classes.
DBS/Background Check: A valid check is required if you are working with vulnerable families or in clinical and community settings.

Blossom & Berry

If you are looking to become an instructor, explore accredited training options through organizations like the International Association of Infant Massage. For regulated, hands-on practitioner qualifications, look into options like the VTCT Skills Level 2 Certificate.

BABY MASSAGE BUSINESS. (Side business or full time if you are passionate)

This is a very good business to embark on but you need to love babies to do this.
I did this for my children when they were little and I did learned a lot, from healthy baby and mother diet- like mash avocado πŸ₯‘, to positive attitude and relationship with babies. I paid Β£5 ones a week for this class back then and I didn't regret it. We did 45 minutes baby massage and 45 minutes to 1 hour for parents to vent. Total might 2 hours and parents can leave at any time.

For the instructors and to start up this business

First do the course which takes less than 3 months, get your certificate. Register your business to get a certified licence ( no Anyhowness). I can do the course for you here and send it over for you to through it. Although I did early years Practitioner course which was more indebted, back in days which makes me qualify. But I can do this for refresher.

1. Love babies and don't be judgemental, have positive attitude and create a save space for mothers to vent their worries. Turn every negative to a positive solution and sometimes just reassurance " that it is ok or it will be ok as time goes on.

2. Create a clean room, no slippers or shoes in the clean room. Mothers will come in by signing a waiver and adhere to your policy ( more details later). No curtains in clean room just window draw blinds. Oil defuser is essential or dehumidifier, temperature in the baby massage room should be 18c or 20c at most.
Floor should be rugged not tiles. Make sure it is cleaned every day. Parents must wash their hands before accessing the clean room, have a clean washing sink in the common area.

3. Have a robust policy handed out to parents which will include- no argument in baby massage class and no judgement, it is a save place to talk.

4. Talk about safe baby oil to use during massage ( avocado oil, almond oil, sun flower seed oil, coconut oil) i learned to make mine. You can sell to parents or include a small bottle for free.

5. Hand out baby books this might be part of the monthly package.

6. Parents should come with clean blankets/ wrapper or clean spread sheet and a small soft pillow to lay their babies on.

7. Use Africa babies postal not white babies.

8. Babies are allowed to cry, sometimes disturb the class. Create a different small room for parents to take their crying babies, later you can give them a short lesson afterwards, 10 minutes or less depending.

I also have a promising product for mothers experiencing postpartum hair loss. It is derived from palm oil, and I am currently in the development phase. This product aims to promote the regrowth of natural hair, not chemically relaxed hair. While its origin is in Honduras, it could potentially be produced in Nigeria. Further laboratory testing is required to identify the specific extracts from the palm fruit that contribute to its efficacy.

Ned Nwoko Thought He Will Be Coronated By The Powers That Be In Abuja - Delta Commissioner 24/05/2026

Ned deserved everything he got. But this commissioner all he talks about is that Ned didn't share money, contributed to weddings and he didn't share goats 🐐. He didn't say anything about basic amenities that ned should have provided like the electricity and provision of transformer, rehabilitation of inner roads, renovation of schools.
Compare this, to senator natasha who provide basic needs for the people.
Delta state government only know food and drinks and nothing else. A commissioner doesn't know the problems of some part of his state but talk more about sharing money.
Delta state will always carry last in development.

While this is excellent, certain products require more detailed information from producers, including proper labeling and a comprehensive list of ingredients used in their production. For instance, items such as chin chin and plantain chips would benefit from this. Regarding chin chin, for example, it would be helpful to specify whether it is made from flour or corn, the precise quantity of sugar added, and the type of oil utilized (e.g., vegetable oil or peanut oil), along with the exact weight in grams. I recently purchased a jar of chin chin, only to discover upon opening it that it was corn-based, which was quite disappointing. Tourists, in particular, may be hesitant to purchase such products due to potential allergies when proper labeling is absent.
