Happy Sunday guys.
As a believer, your mental well-being is very important. It is just as important as your spiritual well-being.
Taking care of only your spiritual life and neglecting other areas of your life is negligence in itself.
Your mental health is defined by how your mind, feelings and you respond to daily activities whether challenging or not.

2026 is not just a year to grow your spiritual life, it's also for you to grow your mental well-being. Growth recurrs around all areas and it's wisdom that you grow in those aspects.

This week, I choose to grow by the help and strength of God(Romans 12:1-2).

Every day comes with it's own pain, struggles and difficulties; making you break down, cry , get frustrated and want to give up.

Life will practically hit you on almost all sides. You are tired, frustrated, confused and depressed.
You are highly depended upon by your family,must meet up to goals and try as much as possible not to disappoint them.

All these can make you lose yourself in the picture; but there is HOPE.

Peace is available for you in those circumstances; you can channel your energy to bring peace.

Peace is not hiding away from the pain, it's not running away from the struggles. Peace is choosing to stay calm in the struggles. It's choosing quietness over noise; it's saying no to the echos of the outside world and saying yes to your heart.

Peace is choosing to lift your head high in the midst of the confusion and calmly choosing a way out.

Christians have been given peace by Jesus Christ; this peace gives us the power to navigate through every struggles with calmness. Most times, violence is not the right way to solve it. Peace, is choosing to trust God when it is not looking like it(Philippians 4:7).

As you go out today, choose peace in those difficulties.

In all you do, ensure you have the leading of the Lord.
Always ask the Lord to hold your hands through every decisions this year.
