RECIPE:
Ingredients
For the protein
turkey thighs
• Handful of onion
• Half thumb size ginger
• 2 gloves garlic (smashed)
• 1 teaspoon thyme (or a few sprigs of fresh thyme)
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 4 seasonings mix
Jollof rice
For 4 cups of rice.
For the blended mix
• 3 medium bell peppers
• 5 pieces of tomato
• 2 scotch bonnet pepper
• 1/2 onion

For frying:
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil(or oil of choice
• 1 large onion( chopped)
• Tomato paste( tin tomato)
• seasoning mix
• 2 tablespoon thyme
• 1 tablespoon curry
• 4 bay leaves
• tablespoon salt
• ⁠ carrot
• ⁠ green onions
• 2 1/2 rich cup chicken stock( substitute with water)
• ⁠Part of your tomato is stock so that you can use it to mix with your turkey.
• 1 cup water
