Let’s be honest…

In group projects, i have noticed there are usually 4 types of people:

A. The Silent Worker(those who like to work silently without asking or need help)

B. The Talker( those who talk but do nothing, they give others the vibe to work)

C. The Disappearing Member( those who goes MIA on the team when task is given and appears when everything is done).

D. The Overwhelmed Leader( those who try to ensure the work is proper and who the who success of the project rest heavily on).
