🍯When showering or bathing, wash your v***a/around the opening to your va**na
with warm water and mild or unscented soap. Make sure the water isn’t too hot and remember to rinse off all the soap. Do NOT place soap into your va**na.

🍯Separate your l***a and let the warm soapy water clean all around the cl****al hood and between your l***a. This will rinse off any secretions that get stuck in between skin folds.

🍯Rinse completely and pat dry your v***a with a soft dry towel.

🍯Moisturize with an unscented essential oil for the Va**na.

🍯In between baths or showers, you may use a facecloth or an easy to carry small spray/squirt plastic bottle filled with warm (not hot) water to clean your v***a. This plastic water bottle is also good to use during your period.
