18 years later — still standing by Grace 🙏🏽❤️”
In 2008, during my NYSC year in Maiduguri, Borno State, life was simple but full of dreams.
Every Sunday after service at RCCG, we would stand outside, laugh, take pictures, and talk about the future as if it was just around the corner.
In this picture:
• Igho Agnes Ushurhe (black trousers & lemon top)
• Kemi (standing in the middle)
• Toyin Agoro (tall, striped flow skirt & black top)
We were young, hopeful, prayerful… and full of fire.
We didn’t know exactly what the future would look like. But we trusted God.
Looking back today, I see growth, resilience, grace, and sisterhood.
NYSC built strength in us.
Maiduguri shaped us.
Faith kept us grounded.
Kemi, wherever you are, I hope life has been kind to you ❤️
