personal hygiene is not just about physical cleanliness; it's an act of respect for God (whose temple we are), love for our neighbours, and stewardship of the body He gave us .
WHY HYGIENE MATTERS TO GOD.
We spent hours choosing what we wear; but how much though do we give to how we care for what's underneath.
Your body is the temple of the Holy spirit,(1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
Present hygiene as a practical act of spiritual stewardship and outward love.
BODY CARE.
Taking care of our health (skin, hair, teeth) is a way to respect the gift of life and the vessel God gave us to carry out His work.
Daily routines (showering, brushing teeth, healthy sleep) ensure you do them as suppose.
Physical refreshment ( prayer, bible reading)we need daily cleaning both physically and spiritually.
DIEAT AND EXERCISE (fueling the temple).
What we put into our bodies is part of overall stewardship. Hygiene isn't just external.Ensure you gain all classes of food daily (Eat healthy).
Just as spiritual discipline strengthen our faith, physical discipline strengthen our bodies for service. Our hygiene impacts the people we interact with at church, work and home. Maintaining cleanliness is a way to show love and respect.

Our appearance and odor can either open or close doors for conversation.
Being presentable and comfortable to be around removes unnecessary distraction. we want our lives to be attractive not just our words.
Physical care is part of the outward testimony.
